There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.

Hi, I have been using Live Mail with Windows 10 for a few months without any issues. Today I changed my ISP and associated e-mail address. For some reason Live Mail will not complete the set up of my new IMAP account. Once I have entered all of the inputs re server name etc. it attempts to start downloading required files and I get an error message saying "The server has rejected my login". I've had the ISP's tech support go over everything and all of the set up inputs are correct, I've tried uninstalling and re-installing Essentials, I've deleted my old POP (working) Live Mail account but so far nothing has worked. I have been able to set up the new account on other devices so I know the login and password are correct. Help!!

[Original subject: Windows Live Mail Issue]

I am currently running Windows 10 and have been using Windows Live Mail for several years on various versions of Windows.  I decided to try Windows Mail to see if it was an improvement over WLM.  I cut over to Windows Mail and have used it for several weeks.   It lacks several features that I find necessary.  e.g. the inability to create and manage folders, and the lack of the ability to send emails to groups.

In any case when I tried to go back to Windows Live Mail, the client would not work apparently because my emails had been migrated to outlook.com.    So, I changed the properties in Windows Live Mail client to access the outlook.com server and successfully regained access to my email in the Windows Live client using IMAP as recommended on the outlook.com web site.

Now, I am unable to print any of my emails in the Windows Live Mail client.   IE printing works fine, as does printing from MS Office and all other apps.   The WLM client fails whenever the "Print" button in the print dialog box is pressed with the message: "Windows Live Mail has stopped working."  The program then terminates, and sometimes restarts automatically, sometimes not.

Any advice you could offer would be appreciated.

How do these idiots get away with stopping games as and when they want too. Surely a large organization like Micro soft can sort these rogues out.
I downloaded it on my new computer with W10, & cannot find it, after downloading it said to use it click close, & I did & I can't find it anywhere.........it supposedly went on drive C but you can't view drive c on W 10.

Now in Windows Live Mail on the ribbon it always returns to "File" even though I click on "Home" the next email that I bring up it is returned to "File" again. Previously, it used to stay on "Home" with which that is what I want.

What happened and how do I make "Home" stay highlighted in ribbon?

I have a user who we just updated from outlook express to Windows Live Mail 12. I imported all her contacts which contain a lot of groups. They all look fine but we have found when sending an email selecting the group just from the email window it shows the group name but it only send the email to one emails in the group. We have tried deleting and re-entered the group but it still does the same thing. We have found that if we click To  and the address book comes up then select the group and click the plus sign from the window then it sends the email to all the email recipients. This adds a step to sending the email which does not seem like much but when you are sending 80 a day it adds up. Please let me know if there is a fix for this issue.

Thank You
