Is there a setting to change so that you can receive email without having to hit the send/receive button to see if there is new email

I have configured Live Mail on Windows 8.1 with 5 email accounts, all Microsoft Hotmail or Outlook accounts, but when I look at the Calendar only one account is visible and its not the account that I use on a daily basis.

How do I make all accounts visible/appear on the calendar page?

Is the 2012 version the latest one available as of this date?

Hi

For the past week or so I have been unable to access my emails using Live mail  from my sky mail account. All I get is the error message below. For a few weeks before, they were coming through in a very hit and miss manner, now not at all. Sky mail have confirmed there is no problem at their end and I have installed a new password to see if that was the problem...no improvement.

Can anyone help...preferable in relatively simple terms!

"Unable to send or receive messages for the Sky (steveallard) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems or a long period of inactivity.

Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: POP3
Port: 995
Secure(SSL): Yes"

Thanks

This morning I suddenly can't send emails from Windows Live.  I am able to receive them but not send.  I did NOTHING that would cause this.  When I try to send an email I get an error message with NO information on it.  I've gone through my account set up and it seems to be correct.  Any help would be appreciated.

Dave

I have another computer with Windows XP running Outlook Express with the same email address I use.  I tried sending an email from Outlook Express and got this message:

Server Response 530 Authentication required before sending (R0107005) Port 25, Secure SSL

Error # 0x8000CCC78

Inundated with spam.  Have new e-mail address.  How notify everyone in my Windows Live Mail address book?
I am using WLM on my Surface Pro, with my e-mail Virgin Media (actually Virgin.Net). Is it possible to synchc the contacts?

So, I've started noticing this issue for the past week now, about the time when Skype Kit was retired.

For no logical reason I can think of, opening Windows Live Mail will sometimes cause me to be signed out of Skype. This seems to happen if I open Mail a certain number of times after signing back into Skype. Needless to say it's just a little annoying. Has anyone else had this problem and/or know of a solution?

I'm running Windows Vista 32-bit with Skype 6.18.0.106 and of course windows Live Mail.
