Question about Outlook Express

I am getting multiple emails returned that I have not sent and all are to unobtainable email addresses. How can I stop this/

Hotmail closed my account overnight without notice saying I violated their terms and conditions. I can't access my account anymore. I have been in talks with their customer support, moderators and few other ppl but no one seems to give me a correct reason why my account has been closed. No one knows why. They just keep sending me different links to take my case to. 

Can someone please n guide me how I can get my hotmail account reinstated. 

Please Help - I set up this account with Windows Live Mail and downloaded all my email's.  Everything worked as  advertised until I tried to log in again and got the following message.  This has been this way for months, I can't get it to work correctly, so I have to get my email directly from Charter, rather than using my Windows Live Mail account.  I'd prefer to run all my email accounts in one package.  I have another email with Charter under a separate Windows Live Mail account which I have no problems with--I need help!

This just began 4 days ago.  I "repaired" Windows Essentials.  Still will not send any emails...

I couldn't  login to windows live email app on Windows 7 after changing Hotmail password several times successfully on the internet for a couple of hours. Finally, was able to login after rebooting PC and entering the most recent password entered. After changing Microsoft Hotmail password do you need to reboot computer for the app to take effect?

for 2 3 days I have been trying to access Windows Mail and the calendar app from my desktop. I was able to access both of them prior to 2  3 days ago.

I am having issues with random emails not being received when I send them, and not receiving what others send.  I cannot tell how pervasive this is, but I do seem to be getting fewer emails and I know people are not receive some I sent. 

Nothing has changed....I haven't adjusted any settings or anything.

Just recently, I began having trouble with outgoing email not sending.  I get this error message:

I've done a system restore, thinking perhaps I changed some vital configuration when trying to get my wireless printer to work, but that hasn't solved the problem either. I'd appreciate any help.

When forwarding emails with pictures  this happens. 'one or more of the pictures in this message could not be found'.

Have looked around different forums for a answer .
