Hi
I am currently unable to access my hotmail account from the website. I have tried changing the security info email but apparently that did not work. I can not wait 30 days for access to my account please.

I have several glitches on my Live Mail. I uninstalled Windows Essentials 2012 completely including the mail portion. I restarted my computer and reinstalled Windows Essentials 2012. I thought I would have a clean slate but in reinstalled with all the old glitches. Any suggestions?

Two Forum Moderators have stated in the past week that the known problems with using categories in Windows Live Mail 2012 will be fixed. On 29 August, Glenda_A wrote "this will be fixed in the next release of Windows Essentials." On 2 September, Vivien_M. wrote "This issue will be fixed on the next release." These categorical statements are good news indeed if they can be taken at face value.
Perhaps the product team could confirm that (a) the bugfix has been written, (b) there will be another release of Windows Essentials and (c) this bugfix will be included in that release. It would be very helpful if they could share with us any other of the many bugs that have been fixed in this upcoming release. I suppose it's too much to ask when the heralded update might be released.

How do I get Live Mail to execute in a similar pattern as Outlook for message replies?

One of my 4 PCs is having trouble listening to the current Family Safety account settings online for both of my two kids. The 3 PCs that work run Win8.1, Win8.1, and Win7ProSP1 while the oldest one that doesn't work runs Win7HomePremiumSP1 has the latest version of the app installed and has the kids accounts linked to the same Family Safety settings online as the 3 newer PCs that work. At this point I'm running out of ideas. Any help/suggestions you can provide would be helpful.
My email senders name is shown as numbers and letters and how I convert that back to the original name?
I am using Windows Live Mail on Windows 8.1 64 meg. I am able to print using any other Program including Internet Exployer 11.
When I try to print the print screen comes up showing the printer. But when I hit print nothing happens. Windows Live mail is my default mail program.
For months, Windows Live Mail was sending and receiving emails with no problems. Then on Friday, emails won't send but still come through. An error pops up every time.
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80070057
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 587
I have already tried repairing windows programs, but nothing has helped. Can someone please provide me with some assistance?
