I had to carry out a clean re-install of Windows 7 following weeks of problems.

I use Windows live mail 2011 as e-mail client, with 3 e-mail addresses on that platform for me and my family.

I stupidly thought, after completion of the OS re-install, that simply re-installing Windows Live mail, and re-entering the original addresses, everything would re-appear as it was. i.e all mails in inbox and saved folder, plus contacts all still listed.

Of course, not the case. Everything gone, including years of vital mails in saved folders, not least all contacts.

Mails appear in my ISP webmail but there are thousands and thousands as we never normally access it. And the contacts do not appear in webmail.

Is there anyway of retrieving all this vital stuff to live mail, or have I consigned it to history?

I keep receiving the below error message can anyone advise how to fix? I still can send and receive emails but the error constantly comes up when i open my windows live account.
