Original title: Error on Windows Live Mail
Just 2 days ago I was receiving mail. Now I hit send/receive and I get this message Server error 0x800ccc90 and Windows live mail error 0x800420cd. My cable provider have said that it is a Windows problem and not cable. I also get 2 emails and then the error message pops up. Everything else is configured correctly. I can send email to my husband on the other side of the room with no problem. Help. What does this mean.

I need Help from this error: FAILED TO INITIALIZE SHARED CANVAS: System.BadImageFormatException
When I open Windows Live Mail 2012 on a computer running Windows 7 X64 program shows me the following error:
I have uninstalled and installed several times Windows Live mail but still receive the same error.
I've also tried reinstalling the .net framework .

I am running Live Mail 2012 on my Windows 7 Ultimate PC. I copied all the files in my Live Mail Directory and copied them to my Windows 8.1 Pc 's Live Mail 2012 directory so I would have a backup copy of all my old emails that I archive, and had no issues when I brought up Live Mail on the Win 8.1 PC. BUT .... I used the Win 8.1 PC for several weeks, including Live Mail, and wanted to backup all the new emails to the Windows 7 PC just as I did previously from the 7 to the 8.1 PC. So I simply copied all the files from the 8.1 PC Live Mail Directory to the Win 7 PC.
THIS IS WHEN MY PROBLEM OCCURRED. I brought up Live Mail on the win7 pc and all looked fine. So I thought. When I closed Live mail and brought it up again. A message came up saying it was rebuilding the databases. Then when Live mail came up, I had nothing. No emails in any of the directories. The calendar events and contacts were there, BUT NO EMAILS. It even deleted all the special folders I created in my Archive directory.
Since, I have tried every way possible to get my emails (over 5 years worth of archives) back on my Windows 7 machine from my Windows 8.1 machine with no luck. All the emails go away when I open Live Mail the 2nd time.
Is there a way to go from Windows 8.1 to Windows 7 Live Mail 2012 ??????

Without warning, all of my Email messages disappear! The accounts and settings remain in tact, however all previous; unread, read & archived Emails disappear! -THIS IS CRITICAL AND UNACCEPTABLE ... Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

It gets to about 5% then stops I have checked other form posts none of them have helped my pc does meet the requirements. I'm running windows 8.1 all drivers are current. Here is the log from trying to install I can not post all due to max characters

I can`t get into my hot mail account since i loaded Skype when loading Skype it wipeed everything off my pc and i lost my password i have gone thru the outlook account verification process but they inform me that i have not provided enough information to give me a link to reset my password i have given them all the info that i can remember, but still no joy on the reset what else can i do

what I can see,all the error Problems with Mail does not matter is it Hot Mail ore Window Live.Should
Microsoft not do anything about that,It is going on ca.6Years, from everywhere micosoft get the
same Problem ask,nothing is dun so far for 6 years.That is my reply.And I have a lot of not getting ore sending any Mail.My Friend works ca.35 years with a Canon,he is a expert in Computer,but even he
is lost.Please make changes in your future Programs.I hope I can resolve my 004,4882,48820,21,28 very soon,i like to have and send some mail,by the way my Inbox and junkmail boxes are gone too?Im am not that dumb but what now?
