Question about Outlook Express

My Live Mail 2012 has suddenly stopped sending and receiving.   There is no explicit error message - just nothing happens.  It appeared to be working normally in the evening, and then did not the following morning.

I have tried running "Repair" through Programs and Features (twice) but to no avail.

I can access my emails through Outlook Web App

Would welcome suggestions

I recently had to restore my windows 7 64 bit PC to the factory state, which wiped out my windows family safety parental controls. I downloaded windows family safety 2011 and installed it. I have a windows live account and my outlook.com username and password work just fine. When it prompts me for my login information, I enter it and it says that it is incorrect. As such it won't let me set up parental controls at all. Please help.

I can't get some email attachments to open.  Photo email doesn't seem to be the problem. It's regular word document and excel attachments that won't open.  I have checked Outlook info and can turn off the filtering system to allow all attachments to be opened without the standard warning that they may contain viruses but I would prefer not to do that for obvious reasons.

I am currently working with Microsoft 7.0 software. Is there some way to correct this situation?

All of a sudden I cant click on a new email without getting error messages including the one in the message header. Also when I first start windows live it takes a long time to start and tells me its accessing windows live back-up.

I am unable to find a solution for this as I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now as well as tried repairing it and still im getting error messages on every new email I click on as well as being unable to send emails. 

I need a Moderator, please, to help me fix this problem.  I've spent 10 hours trying to fix this with no luck.

I have been running Windows Essentials 2012 for quite a while with no trouble.

Earlier this week, my Live Mail started having problems. I could receive email but not send or forward mail.

I looked up the problem on this site and saw many have had the same trouble.

I have tried every fix suggested by every person and now have no Windows Essentials at all and it will not re-install on my system.

Here's my system:

Lenovo laptop with Intel Premium CPU B940 @ 2.00GHz

4.00 GB RAM; 64-bit operating system

Running Windows 7 Home Premium

Here's what I've tried so far.  Before I did anything, I copied my Live Mail storage folder (from C:users[me]appdatalocalmicrosoftwindows live mail) onto a thumb drive in case anything happened to it.

1--Tried to repair Windows Essentials. Message came back that it could not repair, an error occurred.

2--Tried to do a clean install of Windows Essesntials 2012 via a CMD line parameter following instructions on this site.  Received error 0x80040705.

3--Tried to do a clean install of Windows Live Essentials 2011 via CMD line parameter.  Received error 0x8007005, despite the fact that I am logged in as the Administrator.

4--Followed advice of a moderator and checked free space (279GB), checked firewall settings (fine), ran disk cleanup, checked proxy settings.  Tried to install again.  Received error 0x80040705.

5--Tried to run Microsoft Fix It utility.  Error message came back "Troubleshooting cannot continue because an error has occurred."

6--Downloaded and ran Windows Installer Clean Up utility, then tried to install Windows Live Essentials again.  Error message 0x80040705 again.

7--Checked for Windows Updates. None needed. Uninstalled all Windows Essentials on my computer. Deleted the remaining folders (C:Program FilesWindows Live and C:Program FilesCommon FilesWindows Live).  Reset Internet Explorer to factory settings.  Temporarily disabled firewall.  Tried to install Windows Live Essentials again.  Error message 0x8007005 again.

8--Installed the latest version of Microsoft.Net Framework. Uninstalled all Windows Essentials on my computer. Deleted the remaining folders (C:Program FilesWindows Live and C:Program FilesCommon FilesWindows Live).  Temporarily disabled firewall.  Tried to install Windows Live Essentials again.  Error message 0x8007005 again.

I am at a loss.  I really like Windows Live Mail, and I have an extensive folder system in it containing important archived messages both personal and for business.  How can I get it back on my system, and use my same storage folders again???

I Have Windows 7 SP1, Internet Explorer 11.

I have internet explorer 11 in my system, when I use "page send by email" option to send an emailer some probles are occured.

Problem:

I gave subject to email ID, when i send it through above option its ommiting subject and its code in my email client.

I am using "windows live mail" email client.

please do let me know, if any one have any solution for this.
