I use Windows Live Mail as my AT&T/Yahoo client email.  I have had no problems for serveral years until Wednesday morning whlen Yahoo email was having some problems.  Since then my incoming messages are going to both inboxes for my primary land secondare accounts to Live Mail (but not to Yahoo email where they go to the account it was sent to).  What can I do so that emails are received in Live Mail at only the inbox they were sent to?

I have an 8.1 and use Windows Live Mail. How do I add an incoming email newsletter to Newsgroups.

Hi i have gone onto windows live mail to create gmail account, i then put username and password in. It comes up with the server rejected your login, please verify your username and password are correct. Why is this.

Hope this can be solved thanks

Running Windows 7 with Windows Essentials 2012

Recently getting the following error message

"There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service.

If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative."

I have reinstalled Windows Essentials 2012,

and I have gone into Programs & features and clicked repair,

Neither has solved the problem.

Suggestions are appreciated,

Jeff

Original title: Stuck message views only in Unread email, can not be deleted...what's up with that?

I have an email message that displays in the Unread email view and can not be opened, moved, or deleted. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it? It came from a known contact and has an attachment. It is now 3 weeks old. I can mark it as read but it comes back unread each I time I launch the program. It may have come from my Yahoo account which I am migrating away from.

The following message displays in the preview pane:

Message could not be displayed

Windows Live Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message.

Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.

My e-mail shows up but when I click to get into it I receive a prompt that says "application not found"... Help!

need to remove Window Live Mail 2012 without involving Outlook mail
I have no problem permanently deleting most mail - but a few spam mails keep re-appearing - usually the type pretending to be from a bank. I delete them, then a hour of so later they are back in my spam or inbox.

I have a similar issue: I cannot delete any mail from my Windows Live Mail hotmail account. Mail downloads without a problem, but delete does nothing. When I go to empty the junk folder, the messages seem to disappear but an error message comes up. I didn't change any settings before these issues ocurred a week ago. I have tried your instructions as above but this did not help. I have also removed the account and then added it as a new account but still have the same issue. Is it simply a configuration problem? If so, what should the settings be for a hotmail account please?
