Question about Outlook Express

Win 8.1. / Live mail and Thunderbird.

When I try to email a PDF it will not complete and times out in both of the above programs. The file size is less than 1mb. I can send images and word files.

However, this does not happen every time, just when I need it not to happen. Been trying to solve this for a week,

Also had issue with Internet explorer not loading pages and timing out. Solved that by disabling protected mode.

Would appreciate some help.

I recently re-installed Live mail and it works okay however I am getting a window that says "Failed to initialize shared canvas" and further down it also says

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned off". Although mail is working okay, it is a bit annoying as it pops up all the time. Is anybody aware of this problem and how to fix it?

Everytime I go into my email account a message comes up stating "sign in again to protect your privacy".

I changed my password today, the account doesn't take it and the message continually comes up?

I've had Windows Essentials for more than 2 years and it has never found even one item on my computer. I recently downloaded Malwarebytes just as a cross check. The first time I ran malwarebytes it found over 400 items. Three weeks later I ran it again and it found 16 items. Windows essentials still has found none. WHY??

I should add that twice I've had to have a computer guru clean viruses from this computer. Why doesn't Windows Essentials find anything?

Hi I am on windows 7 version of livemail and have an issue

All my inbox emails seem to be mapped to my pictures library folder as word docs. Word docs get created unless I delete my email. I have approx. 600 emails in my inbox at any one time but this seems to be using considerable space since my emails get duplicated as word docs as well. How do I fix this
