There are duplicate contacts in my WLM Contacts window.  For every one of them, I can edit or delete one but the other can not be edited or deleted.  They are there but no edit or delete option is available.  How do I get rid of them or edit them?

Several months ago I contacted the forum stating that I was unable to print any messages I receive in Windows Live Mail. I forwarded a file that was forwarded to Microsoft. I can print attachments but am unable to print an email message. When I attempt to print the print screen comes up but will not print. I am using an HP wireless printer and can print from any other program. I find this very frustrating. The only way I can print a message is to copy and paste into another program.

My operating system is Windows 8.1

My email message content keeps disappearing.  If I click on an email, it says "email message can not be found."

G'day

When I receive an e-mail and it suggests that I should click on the indicated web page. Normally the page would come up or the web site.  When I do it now I click on the indicated page.  At first I receive a blank  White Page.  After a minute  or so I get a pop up saying the web page is unresponsive and ask if I want to Wait or Kill the pages.  If I click Wait it just continues to back asking me what I want to do.

I would appreciate any help in solving this problem.

Cheers Malcolm

The download button for "Windows Live Essentials 2012" does not exist on the windows.microsoft page , nor on Microsoft.com download page either, the latter having redirects to places that I am unfamiliar with.  What in the heck is going on I ask..... I would pull out my hair by now  except I am running low at the moment. Thanks

Well, here we are in 2015 and Microsoft still can not fix the system. Not only has OneDrive crashed, but so has Windows Live Mail.

RE: Server error 4402 with windows live. Error ID: 0x8DE00002 WLM=Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308). WIN 7.

This really looks bad. I have not heard, seen nor found any viable solutions. It's Tuesday and I thought, oh, just maybe the 18 updates I installed would put my system  back where it should be, working. But NO, that was just too much to hope for. Posted on forum under OneDrive also. Seems there is a lot of this not working stuff goin' around. C'mon Microsoft, get with the program and put those so called computer experts to work fixing these problems. Isn't that why you pay them that robust salary. It's really sad.
