Question about Outlook Express

I was able to access the newsgroup news.annexcafe.com before I had to reinstall Windows 7.  I have regained IE 11.  In Windows Live Mail, after going to New: Newsgroups, I type the following:  news.annexcafe.com.  This was not provided by my ISP so I don't need to log in.  However, that newsgroup is not found.  A search using any of the above words yields the same negative response.  How do I regain access to this newsgroup?

When I open my Windows Live mail - I get this Message:

Server Error: 4402 Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx' Windows Live

Windows mail error-ID: 0x8DE00002

I have Windows 8.1

My Live mail is 2012

Could you please help me With this? When I Google this error I get results from 2012.

Hello,
We're running Windows Live email in the office, it is required to have one email that connect us with our clients.

Is there a way that "one account" can be opened from different computers? and will not have any effect if any one is working on it at the same time.

My internet provider is Comcast and when I open Comcast.net I can see my incoming emails and can also sent out from that location.

I just downloaded Windows Essentials so that I could use Windows Live Mail.  After that installation I can see my incoming emails at the Windows Live Mail site.

When I try to send out an email from that site I get an error message 'cannot contact Comcast".  Error code is OX800CCCOE

This problem just started. I can receive and send emails with Windows Live Mail 2012, but I can no longer send one with a photo attached. I'm using a Lenovo with Windows 8.1. I can send my photos fine through the Verizon site, just not when I try to use Windows Live Mail. 

Here is my error message:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

I've tried "Repair all Windows Live programs," but it hasn't helped. Can someone please help me?

Previously I was using Thunderbird but because of update compatibility with Windows I have had to switch to Live Mail.

One of the features I miss is the text formatting in HTML, inserting images into text and formatting text as in character and spacing control but most immediate problem I have is adjusting the space between lines of text. (typographers speak of leading)

I understand that everyone may not be able to receive accurately positioned and formatted text and hope this will eventually be added, maybe as a plug in.

Hotmail isnt allowing me onto my account. (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

Everytime I try to log in, it says I may have been hacked and that I need to verify my information.

When I continue to the on line form, and submit it. it sends an email to my GMAIL account telling me that my account recovery was unsuccessful!

I dont have enough details filled in on the form, but I dont remember them all.

I dont have access to the recovery email that is attached to the account, and its not giving me any other option to log on. 

I cant find any simple answers, and I cant find any Microsoft support aside from this one.

I need my email for work and study, and would like to be able to access it again.

Is there any other way to check my emails and reclaim my account?
