Having serious problems with Windows live mail 2012 error

I have tried all of the recommendations with no success, any ideas?

Windows Live w/ Windows 7...through the route Options/Mail/Send...the box for "Save copy of sent messages in the "Sent Items" folder" is checked, but Reply All emails are not being saved anywhere that I can find.  Thanks.

I use Windows Live Mail on win 7, first i was unable to open attached files directly from the received mail, so i had to save then open,

now i cant read the text in the email, instead i get attached text files, and web files which i have to save before opening.

also i cant get hotmail to work

I want to download my Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo mail.

I then want to parse through the data and pull out information.

I wanted to know can I use Windows Essential Mail to do this?

How does it store messages? 

Before, with Outlook, I could access the mail and parse through it

It was like having a massive text file (many GB) - but OK, no problem for something like Perl

I'm trying to use Thunderbird - but this is proving to be very very painful

Have Windows 8.1.  Had downloaded Windos Live Mail 2012 once, but needed to uninstall because of file transfer attempt loaded few of my saved emails in the folders I had before.  Have uninstalled the program, but  Microsoft download service will not let me download the program again.  A message says I already have this program.  How do I work around this?

I am trying to copy my Hotmail Account Folders named 2007_Inbox, 2007_Sent, 2008_Inbox, 2008_Sent, . ... 2015_Inbox & 2015_Sent, and the EMail files contained in each folder, to my Win 7-Pro laptop computer hard drive using Windows Live Mail.

I have set it up properly and in fact when I select to copy all folders and files, it copies all of the folders to my computer hard drive, at the path that I specify, but it is not copying all of the EMail files contained in the folders.

For example, it will only copy 7 of 28 EMail files contained in my 2007_Inbox folder and 1 of 721 EMail files in my 2008_Sent folder, etc. 

Also, I tried a second time to copy just the 2007_Inbox folder and again, it copied this folder to my computer hard drive but only 7 of 28 EMail files contained in this folder.

How can I set this up to copy all EMail files, and any attachments?

Windows Live email 2012 as part of windows 7 essentials (Build 16.4.3528.0331) will only send from one account i.e the default account even though I have the option of using either my Hotmail account it will only send from the default Live account. It shows in the sent box as being sent from Hotmail when i choose Hotmail from the drop down menu, but when it is received it always shows as being sent from Live mail.

This problem only applies to my microsoft emial accounts not the other non MS accounts I have added to windows Live 2012, which send perfectly correctly. I will be grateful if there is a solution (other than changing the default account , which will only work by changing it via the online Outlook.com), although I suspect that this is a bug that MS should sort out.
