I'm trying to help a relative. Imported folders and emails were accidentally deleted and then the trash was emptied. I could reimport, but they have been added to and changed, so I would like to restore.
I located the appdatalocalMicrosoftWindows Live MailBackupnew folder. In the 'new' folder, there is a MSMESSAGESTORE file. Is it possible to restore from this? It has today's date and timestamp from this morning which would be current enough. User does not have a Microsoft account.

I have not been able to send photo attachments and get error message as below. I am (I think) able to send the image if I firstly insert it into a word Doc and then attach.
I used to be able to sent image/sss

Sometimes when I send an email it goes to the Outbox and it freezes the send service , I can receive emails but the attempted email message is trying to send it, and remains there f indefinitely , the emails address is checked there is not attachment , the only way I can get rid of this is if I send it to another email address andd from there I can send it. Why does this happen? thanks

Since yesterday evening Windows Live Mail is no longer downloading any emails from my GMail account. I just keep getting a message in Windows Live whenever I try to download emails from GMail saying incorrect password. It is the correct password. I can still see my emails on googlemail webmail but they will no longer download to my laptop via Windows Live. Have checked all settings in Windows Live, Hotmail and Googlemail and everything there seems fine. Everything was working perfectly until yesterday evening so cannot understand why I should suddenly be experiencing this problem.
Windows Live is still downloading emails from my Virgin account to my laptop perfectly OK - its just the GMail ones that for some unknown reason are no longer being downloaded.
Please advise what I can to to resolve this problem.

I have a fresh, clean install of Windows 7 and all the OS and other updates are installed and up to date.
I did a fresh, clean install of Windows Live Essentials 2012.
My e-mail and password work fine when I go through outlook.com.
When I use Windows Live Essentials, it says incorrect e-mail and password.
I am using my msn.com e-mail account.
How can I fix this?

I received an email with certain characters in the message that are supposed to be the color red. But my message shows all characters as black. Another person who received the same email said the certain characters are the color red in their email message.
Any ideas?
put contacts into People folder
Created group contact in people folder
Linked people in folder to the group name and mailed it
My name was linked and half my people contacts
I received the email and no one else did
Looking at the contacts in my People Folder all those I linked are gone
