Question about Outlook Express

I tried to "move" an e-mail into a folder and could not find the folder.

I searched and searched all the  folders with an arrow in front, but cannot find the folders I am looking for.

How can I have my original folders back in order.?

I have more than 30 email accounts I use in Windows Live Mail client on my PC.   The "FROM" drop down list when sending an email appears to only show 30 accounts after the default email address and also is not in alphabetical order.

Is it possible to at least get all accounts to show in the drop down list ?

I cannot open my Windows Live Mail. I received the following error;

"Windows Live Mail could not be started. The application was unable to open the Windows Live Mail message store.Your Windows Live Mail mailbox data is currently being used by another program such as a virus scanner. Close the program or wait for it to complete its operation then open Windows Live Mail again. (0x800c0155.2)"

If I select "Windows Live Mail" from the start-up menu, select 'Properties', select 'Compatibility' and select "Run this program in compatibility mode for ....."

I can log into my account, all news emails come through, but I cannot open my mails or compose new mails. There is no info displayed in the right pane of the screen. If I try open a mail I receive the following message;

"A problem has occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again."

I have tried the repair Windows Live Mail. I receive a message saying the the process is complete but I still cannot open my mails.

Can you please assist me.

I get this error message.  

Unable to open a attachment that came by e-mail and designation is "Info Sheet.Dotx".Please help.
