I have 3 accounts on Windows live...suddenly I'm getting the following error message on one of the accounts.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Verizon (myfacebook42) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

Server Error: 0x800CCC90
Server Response: -ERR [AUTH] Authentication failed
Server: 'incoming.verizon.net'

All configurations are correct.  No problem receiving mail on the other two accounts.  Password is also correct as I have no problem logging onto Verizon.

I have some photos sent to my live mail from an ipad and they are part of the message and not sent as attachments.   They are physically oversize - take up about four times the screen size - and I cannot find a way to reduce their size so that I can pull them out onto One Note.   Any ideas will be gratefully received ! LW

My live mail won't delete emails and I have to go to my internet supplier email to remove the files. How do I fix this problem

I was trying to get rid of "extra" files under Storage Folders and after three days of tinkering, I have managed to delete many of them once and for all after multiple deletes of delete folders.  I was able to find and restore some, but now they appear under imported and recovered items, and I can see but not open emails in some of the folders.  I have tried moving folders out from under imported and recovered to directly under Storage Folders, but the program won't let me.  My folders have now grown quite extensive, but I am afraid to try anything else.

Also, I am now starting to open message titles that open to completely different messages that might be a year older and completely  not related!

I am using Windows 8.1 with Windows Live Mail 2012.  Thanks for any help you can offer.

i want to get this email back disparately or my inbox and outbox emails , please help  , 

I created a category. When I go to contacts I find it there. When I type an email and insert the category name in the to box the category name with a + in front of it appears. When I click send an error message opens. MESSAGE COULD NOT BE SENT

I once used custom Domains in Live. Since the my primary Alias always was the one with the custom domain. Because I use the same Domain for Office365 Business/Azure/.. Services I sometimes have login problems (if i'd like to login to a AAD Service the login server doesn't recognize that it's no a live ID).

Solution would be easy - change primary Alias, but that's not possible. I always get the Error Message

"We were unable to make ****** your primary alias. Please try again later." - and I tried it later...... (Minutes, Hours, Days, Months)

I've contacted Chat-Support but I think they just didn't get my problem and they cut off the Chat.

I have version 8.1 computer with Windows Live Mail 2012. Will the upgrade to Windows 10 effect my email account ? I am afraid I will lose live mail 2012 when it is upgraded. I had to have Windows Live Mail 2012 installed because my computer would not accept Outlook Express. Please let me know if I am going to have a problem. Thanks

Using windows 8 and live mail.  This has been working fine until this week and my emails are now not downloading.  I am clearing them from my web mail so it isn't one particular email.  I don't understand why it should suddenly stop working.
