Morning

Having a few issues with my email, can someone tell me how I check which account I have configured please?

Regards

Pete

Randomly when opening emails I get the message:

wlmail.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point _crtCreateSymbolicLinkW could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR110.dll.

I have to click the x box several times before it will go, then I can answer several other emails before it appears again.

A colleague told me she was getting spam bounce backs on my email, though others haven't said so and I don't really know what she meant.

If it is an infection as some have suggested, I am concerned not to lose the content of my inbox and sent emails which are key admin records. Please can you help.

My Windows Live Mail is 2012. My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium.

I'm going on vacation and have established a "Guest" user on my computer to take care of necessities while I'm out. I'd like them to be able to access my Windows Live e-mail account while I'm away, also.  How ca I do this?

Moved to windows essentials

I want to have a Windows live account, I can not find how to create one, only about using other accounts,  I have seen people use .... @live. com so this is what I want. I have tried from the Properties Windows live  using ..... @ windows live. com , but it rejects it.

Thanks

Daisy

Morning

Can someone help? When receiving a reply to an email from someone in my contacts I am ask to allow or delete sender as it is telling me they are not in my contacts? a little frustrating

Pete

Since my Windows 7 was automatically updated last night any attachments of pdf files are blocked in Windows Live Mail.  I have received almost identical attachments from the same person every month for years, please can someone sort this out.

I have windows 7 and use Windows Live Mail for my emails.

Everything was working fine until last Saturday and now when I click on the WLM icon, it puts up a small window with a revolving thing saying its starting.

I cant access the program to make any changes to tools etc. I cant even open it.

I also cant open my internet providers webmail account to check on emails there.

They claim that from their end, emails are working but I cant open WLM.

I cant open webmail from any other means, nor from my pc or my mobile phone.

I cant find any way of opening WLM via another avenue on my computer.

Ive tried a fix it, and looked at the Windows essentials and did a repair on that. Still no joy.

Ive tried uninstalling my virus protection, nothing changes.

There was an original error Ox8CCCOE, which a google search came up with it being a server error.

I don't want to mess about with anything and I suspect that it is a problem with my internet providers server.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something I am doing wrong here or is it truly a problem with the internet providers server?  Ive been without access to emails since Saturday, so 5 days without and it doesn't look like it will be fixed within the next week.   They're trying to tell me it is my issue. Im suspecting that it is not.

I would appreciate help. Thank you

I found the right place to add a child email, and filled out all required information.  I was properly signed in when completing the form.  But when I hit submit, the screen changed color slightly and nothing else happened.  I tried the email to see if it was set up, but it is not.  I tried again the next day on a different computer, same result.  I cannot understand what I need to do to get the account set up.  It is a hotmail account that I am attempting to set up.
