I have been using Windows live for years but recently I switched on 2 - step verification on this outlook account ( *** Email address is removed for privacy ***). Now windows live does not sync emails at all and keep asking for password over and over again. I generated app password but that does work too. Can somebody help ? I can not turn off 2 step verification .

windows 10 when I click on the mail tile I get a box up saying. accounts, first thing first lets add your accounts. in the box its got
my outlook email address there which I use. and its got a old bt email address which I don't use.
1.can I remove the old bt email address.
2. do I have to add my new bt email address to my account.

after the upgrade, yesterday, from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Pro 64 bit I have a problem.
Windows Live Mail Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331).
I cannot create a new message.
I cannot reply to a message.
I cannot forward a message.
I have no problem with reading.
The error:
A problem has occurred while trying to open this message.
A problem has occurred. Please try again.
Repair the Windows Live Mail 2012 version and open as a administrator don't resolve the problem.
Any idea?

I can receive but can't send. I've copied all the server info for outgoing (SMTP) and incoming (IMAP) exactly as it appears in my account settings on Bluehost, but it doesn't work. Help! Under the IMAP tab on Properties, the root folder path is blank. Is that perhaps the problem? What would I put there? The same server as the incoming and outgoing mail? Or the "box895.bluehost.com" that's indicated for SSL connections (this is not). So confused. Thanks for any help.
Cant find anything, lost my favourites bar plus e-mails. How do I change back to windows 8.
