Since I upgraded to Windows 10, Live Mail does not work at all for me. The program just does not respond. I have tried repairing it, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that does not help. Any advice? I am not a computer expert.

Recently when I was in my "sent" folder and hit "sort" the first option was "from". It used to be "to" and I want it to be "to". How can I change it back to "to". Thanks!
I am not technically minded but following my upgrade to window10 and the problem I had with Window Live Mail that would not opened when clicked, I have decided to remove W.L.M. and reinstall W.L.M. 2012. And when I tried to open W.L.M. it worked fine and
no information was lost. Hope this will help somme other guys.

I have no problem viewing and accessing messages within my windows mail.
But when I go into my computer and then go through appdata/microsoft/windowsmail/local folders/inbox
The messages are not there?
Where are they as I have thousands in different subfolders which I can within the inbox on the windows mail, but none of these are within the folder within c:/.
Any ideas?
I am also having trouble with emails - being asked constantly to enter password, even though I have ticked "remember my password" and it worked up to a week ago. Despite re-entering password, the Log-In box keeps appearing and does not let me send or receive emails. I have tried repairing Windows Essentials. The message is as follows:-

I can't access my Gmail from Windows live mail , says my user name and or Password are incorrect , They aren't as I can access my account in Gmail Directly , In Gmail it says its rejecting because someone is accessing from an unknown source , the source
happens to be me from windows live , it even states my IP address ,,,
I Changed from Windows Live to Outlook and seem to have lost all my e-mails. It seems as if I've been given a new account?
Any ideas, as lost some very important doc's.
