Question about Outlook Express

My parents have a big problem.  Their ISP changed their email account name and while 'helping' them, deleted their old account in Windows Live Mail (on a Windows 7 OS machine).  I searched the hard drive for any .eml files, but was unable to find any recent ones.  The 'previous version' option did not work as all previous versions were from 30 August (and empty) and I need to restore to the 25 August version.

Since these accounts are supposed to be maintained on the cloud, can I get a download of the 25 August version of the accounts from the MS cloud?

How can I enlarge the fonts in Windows Live Mail   I've tried  File-options-mail-compose and changing the numbers in fonts but nothing changes

Is there any software available that I can use to remove all versions of aWindows Live Essentials when none show up in my directory of installed programs?  When i tried to convert back to Windows Live Essentials 2009 which allows me to forward embedded photos in emails.  Originally I tried to install Windows Live Essentials 2009, but keep getting a message that a later version of Windows Live Essentials is already installed, but, none show in my insta;lled program directory.

I have recently installed a clean version of Windows 7 and downloaded Windows Live Mail. I have imported my Outlook Express folders from Windows.old but I cannot see them in WLM.

Within Windows Explorer I can see all of the OE folders within

/Users/{me}/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows Live Mail/Storage Folders/Imported Folder/Local Folders/

Why do these not appear in WLM?
