I have been using this for some time but lately it takes 2-3 minutes for mail to come up then another 1-2 minutes for new mail to appear. When I finally get in  each e-mail is slow to open and frequently goes unresponsive .

About 6 months ago I started receiving emails from friends & family that are going straight into the trash box. Very few make it into my inbox, I now have more emails going into trash than the inbox. About 2 months ago I starting getting about 30 junk emails a day into

my inbox. This is driving me mad as I spend more time deleting junk from my inbox than reading legitimate emails

I downloaded Windows 10 this weekend and I am now receiving the following errors

wlmail.exe - Configuration parser error

Error Parsing

C:WindowssMicrosoft.netFrameworkv2.0.50727configmachine.config

Parser returned error 0xC00CE556

Followed by

Windows Live Mail

Unable to send and receive messeges for the Live.co [xxx] account

server error 3204

Server:https://mailservices live .com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Synch.aspx'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

I can receive mail and delete but cannot send

I have windows 10 and windows live mail and when I use the address book to delete people.

It hangs every time I click on and address that is a facebook address.

I have to run task manager and end windows live mail 32bit because it has  error.

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  I've been using Windows Live Mail for several years and would like to continue using it.  After upgrading to Windows 10, I've frequently been receiving the error message listed in the title to this posting.  The details of the error message are as follows:

This IMAP command could not be sent to the server before the connection was terminated.
Configuration:
   Account: Aim (********)
   Server: imap.aol.com
   User name: ******
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 993
   Secure(SSL): 1
   Code: 800ccc0f

After reading postings by other people having the same problem, I checked the SSL box for both incoming and outgoing mail and changed the timeout setting to 5 minutes.  I also called my ISP provider, but the person I spoke with wasn't able to figure out the problem.

Can you think of anything else I can try?

When I was using Windows 7 I used Windows Live Essentials 2011, I upgraded to Windows 10 and all seemed well but then I had problems connecting to my POP3 sever. I checked on the community forum and read a review to uninstall Windows Live Mail and reinstall which I have done but I installed Windows Essentials 2012 instead of 2011. All seemed well for a few days then I could not connect to my Pop3 sever again all I get when I clicked on Windows Live Mail is a hung screen with no error message. I went back onto the forum and read that you could repair Windows Live Essentials but when I use this all I was getting was repairing Windows Live Mail that hung on 12% for 5 hours to which I had to cancel after that amount of time. I also read that you could un-synchronize your PC and that may work well the only way I can get my emails was to use the restore facility in Windows to restore my laptop back to an earlier time. I know their a lot of people out there having trouble so if some one can help with this it would be most appreciated.  Brian

I have just purchased a new PC with Windows 10 loaded. My old PC failed when upgrading from XP to 10 and Windows froze and became unbootable. Al my emails are on the old hard drive now connected and working in my new system.

How can I import those old Windows Live emails into the new Windows 10 Mail app?

Is it possible to manually copy them all from their location on my old drive to where Windows 10 Mail stores emails on my new drive?

Thanks

Original title: Microsoft Live Mail

I have used Microsoft Live Mail for several years.  Suddenly when I empty my deleted mail box it comes back into my inbox.  I can't keep up with the deleted coming back into the inbox - numbers 17000.  In is from several years.  My computer is an hp and is 2 years old.  I can only receive mail if I quickly delete some of the old ones.  I can send mail without a problem.

What is a file: "Mail.MSMessagestore for and can I open it? I believe it is related to backing up emails.

An unknown error has occurred.
