Question about Outlook Express

Thanks tried that showed more folders but they were sent items deleted items and stuff from months and some years ago?? I am at a loss. The ones I want are not their. The system is Windows 7.  I did do a free upgrade to Windows 10 a few weeks ago. It was awful, so very slow and some functions had disappeared. I reverted back to 7 and this I think is where my problems started. Also when I reverted back to 7 Windows 10 was sorry etc but ok. I still have the window icon right hand side of task bar and periodically it pops up to say 10 is ready to download. I do not know how to get rid of this. P.

My problems also started after upgrading to Windows 10 and then reverting back to Windows 7.  Subsequently Live Mail started with a note stating that the  Live Mail was doing a Data recovery.  On the last occasion this notice did not show and I had lost all my personal folders some of which had (to me)important information-receipts etc..  I have also

tried to be rid of the  Windows download notice without success.  So HOW do I get my folders back?

When deleting emails, a box pops up saying.... server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.  Why and how do I correct? 

I contacted the server (Comcast) and they say it is not them, but windows.

For some time now, all emails and text messages from Microsoft are written in Russian. Due to my young son now using the internet, and occasional emails are received with regard to his usage, I now need to rectify the issue, so that I understand what he has been doing. 

All of the pages are in English on the accessed microsoft websites via my username etc, so it really doesn't make sense why they would send me messages in Russian.

How do I change this? I have already change default language from English (United States) to English (United Kingdom), there was no sign of Russian having been set previously.

Live mail 2012 creates many copies of my email accounts. I have removed them many times, but the next time I open live mail, the copies are back. I upgraded to windows 10 about I month ago and every thing was OK but in the last week this problem has started. Can anyone help?

Since yesterday I can't open my Windows Live Mail 2012. When I open it a box pops up stating: "The server you connect to using a certificate, which could not be verified." I've talked to my internet provider and they said that the problem might be "Windows Live Mail stops responding or fails to start after you install KB2454826". So I went to this Windows page and to the "Fix it for me" section and when I press the Download button the following box pops up "This Microsoft Fix It does not apply to the operating system or the software version you are using." I'm using Windows 10. Any help is much appreciated! Many thanks. Paul from Sweden.

Upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10 5 weeks ago has been working fine

Two days ago Windows Live mail refuses to open. I click on the icon and nothing happens. Everything else seems ok

Any ideas?
