unable to send mail on my WinMailLive 2012. I get the error msg that the server does not recognize my e-mail address. I am able to receive mail however.

Windows Live Mail "not responding" plus function to correct it are not working.
- I using Firefox
- online guidance suggested a re-installing IE. None of the advice was successful
- email converts to text and html. All help has not been successful

- Control Panel >Internet Options > General> Delete
- does not delete temp files
- Move folder>new TIF folder etc
- does not move files to new location
- under “Settings” the current location is not visible
- old temp files remain in the original folder
- after the "Move" option and reboot the new temp file remains empty
- It was mentioned that “something else might be wrong”.
- No guidance was given regarding the "somthing"
- . After 3 frustrating weeks I'd like to know what else I can try

Hi - Am having problems with using Live mail as the agent to a Yahoo e mail account.
Im on windows 8.1
Everything was good until 30/8/15 when I received a number of Daemon mails from Yahoo as it tried to send an e mail to everyone in my address book. Since then I have not been able to use windows live mail.
Have spoken to MacAfee tech support and they have verified no viruses etc on machine
Live mail keeps returning error message saying password incorrect - and its not as I have only just changed it for the umpteenth time as Yahoo keeps reporting too many unsuccessful log ins
