Question about Outlook Express

Converted to W10 from W7. Even though mail program opens it will not send/receive. Get error 0x800c013e. Also multiple entries for same email address on left side with entry when chosen the account is  synchronizing.

Have attempted to remove account and reinter. All it does is add another account to left column. Have also done Windows Essential repair without success. Multiple (same name) entries appear to be jamming.

I installed Windows Live Mail on a new Windows 10 desktop. At the pop up sign in screen I put in email address and password for Microsoft account sign in. I checked "remember me and sign me in automatically". Mail was received and read. Now I get the same sign in pop up every time I open Mail. If I do nothing or  just hit "cancel" the mail loads without doing anything else but the pop up must still be dismissed .  I've tried filling in password again and checking auto again but it still pops up every time. I tried going to options, connection, stop signing in, and that stopped the pop up but also prevented me from getting email on my android tablet. I tried phone support but they want $$'s to try for an answer. I tried phone chat answer desk but "that was out of their support range"

Is there any way to get the "auto sign in" box to work, or get rid of the sign in pop up screen without loosing the ability to get the synced mail on my tablet.  (I used the WLM on my old computer for many years without this annoyance)

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Not the case. My WLM is HTTP and all my folders do not synce. In,Out,Del, etc synce but my STORAGE folders with hundreds of old emails and receipts never syncs. The folder is created on the Outlook server but nothing ever gets moved from my PC to the Outlook server for that folder.

Can anyone assist in restoring my folders / sub folders in Windows Live Mail back to normal please?

Something must have happened as all my folders to the left of Windows Mail show numbers 'Recovered items' then '09-10-15 09-48-32', then 'Storage Folders', then 'Imported Folder' before displaying the folder names. There is a whole list of these Recovered items / numbers which I have to wade through when looking for something to be able to access the file that I need.

Any ideas what has happened and how I can restore back to just the file / folder names in an alphabetical listed order please?
