When I close an email it then kicks me back to the home page versus going to the next email?!?!?! I want to set it up so when I close an email it KEEPS me in email. Thank-you

I tried several times to enter the number of your secret code e-mail me wrong , which led to the prohibition of Emily and I need him, I hope to help and retrieve your email and this is my email

On previous versions of Windows Live Mail, a 'Quick View's' of unread mail (with a wrench to the right) just above the various email accounts  With 2012 version it doesn't show up ???? why and how can I get it to reappear ????
i just changed my password and when I sign on, it seems to be authorising then goes back to the password window again. this all began when I suddenly couldn't send any e/mails out. any ideas?
I have my list of e-mails on the top half of my screen, and the contents of the e-mail I have selected appear on the bottom half of my screen.  This is the way I like it.  With the new version, however, on my Windows 10 computer, if I wait more than a couple of seconds, then I have to move my mouse away from and then back to the scroll bar, in order to scroll down another page.  I very much DISLIKE this new feature.  Can you please tell me how to KEEP the scroll bar SHOWING in the message (how to make it not disappear)?
When I close an email it automatically closes the whole program and takes me back to the home page?!?!? Then I have to re-enter mail and begin the process over each time?!?!?! What am I doing wrong?  Thank-you.
I received what seems to be a phishing email, but can't delete or move to Junk. I get a pop-up: "An Unknown Error has Occurred," and when I click that I get a box with "The selected message could not be moved. A problem has occurred. Please try again."
The "find message" prompt keeps popping up when I try to open any messages. This just started yesterday. I can't close it.

Windows shuts down after 2hrs 15 / 25 mins, which isn't long enough to run a full scan. Can I set scan to restart from the point it left off, rather than begin again?

Note! Shutdown problem has been around for some time (Blue screen error?). I just want to limp along until a family member has time to sort the machine out for me.

I originally thought the problem was the cat blocking the fan vents, but it happens even when she isn't around!
