Question about Outlook Express

I have several duplicates messages that were downloaded at different times so I wanted to ask how do I delete these duplicate messages? 

I had posted this message here ( http://answers.microsoft.com/thread/f292b2df-db0e-42e2-9d36-5f1cdca899a4 ) but no helpful replies so thought I'd ask here too....

My preferred method of reviewing my emails on my desktop PC it to use Quick Views "Unread".  I have several email accounts - so Quick View is the best method for me to see unread emails across all the accounts.

There is a lag of a 3 seconds when I try to open an email from Quick Views.  If I open an unread email within the email account folders (outside of Quick Views) - I do not experience the 3 second lag.

Thus I would like Quick Views to open Unread Emails as quickly as when I open the same emails within the standard Windows Live email accounts.  

The lag metioned above is consistent across my accounts regardless of ISP.

How to export wizard and folders from Windows live mail to Outlook 2016 (via outlook.com?)

I tried "with the usual system" from the software but it's no more possible.

I've got Outlook 2016 64 bits and Windows Live mails and many many different folders mix with 3 differents emails address!!

Please help me, it's already hours that I tried to solved this.

I find "a little trick" on a website with outlook.com but I didn't understand anythink.

Thanks for helping me to use Outlook 2016 and leave forever Windows Live Mail (26800 emails stocked in different folders!!)

PS I try to import email from my gmail account to outlook.com, it's great but it's not possible because I need the same wizard than in my Windows Live Mail
