Question about Outlook Express

I run windows Live Mail 2012. It has been running perfectly with 7 different Hotmail accounts. After installing Windows 10, only one account now functions. I cannot send or receive on any of the others. These account show Server error 3204 and Live Mail error 8xDE20003. I have applied Essentials Fix; Live Mail Fix; and Essential/Live Mail repair. No success. Somebody has suggested deleting the contents of a Registry file under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows Live/Communication Clients/Shared/Policies. My "Policies" file is already empty.

Can anybody help with this problem please.

Optus account is working fine, but yahoo account wont send... Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I manage my contacts in Windows Live Mail, and these contacts usually sync properly with my People App in Windows 10, and in my online Contacts.

They also usually sinc properly with my Contacts on my Samsung Galaxy S4.

But I have had it happen twice now that suddenly all these contacts disappear from my phone. Even though they remain everywhere else (WLM, People App, online Contacts).

What is happening here, and how do I fix this (ideally permanently)?

I have Windows Live Mail 2012 and cannot find how to change the dictionary from English to Spanish or include both. Hope you can help me. I am trying to correct spelling in spanish and juts received English recommendations. The version I have is Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331).

I recently "upgraded" to Windows 10. It has been a nightmare. Windows Live Mail 2011, which has been my e-mail client for years, was removed, along with several apps, most of which I cannot replace. (My bad for not backing up, I know guys!)

I tried downloading the 2012 version of Live Mail, but it did not work; apparently there is a server problem, although I have wireless internet, no issues there.

Any advice or help is appreciated. Thanks for your attention.
