Surely there has to be a simple method of deleting Contacts from Windows Live Mail? Why can I not just click the contact & choose Delete???

I have Windows 10 upgrade and I do not have a folder Windows Live Mail. There are two folders one called Windows Live and the other is called Windows Mail. Neither folder contains recognisable data.
However the Windows Mail folder shows amongst others, three entries like
account(65F7 etc ) oeaccount
All have the same date of 7/11/2012
The net result is that I cannot follow the instructions given above for restoring my email account folders to Outlook.
Fortunately I have another company email address which I can use but that should be private and I need to restore the deleted folders as soon as I can.
Hopefully there will be some revised method to suit the Win 10 installation that I seem to have.
My apartment complex has an internet café with a shared computer, I signed into the mail feature the other day and noticed my email account is still open. I do not see an option to sign out please help!

recently I always encounter this error, and can not synchronize email, please show me how to fix it:

- When I click authenticate, I get an error that says it is a bad site, so I cant authenticate. I replied twice and I was sent a message that "Its a scam, I got hacked" I don't want to lose my email account so I need to know for sure. IS THE EMAIL A SCAM???
I have multiple accounts on windows live mail with the same properties. I am not able to send or receive and I can't seem to remove them. I have tried to uninstall WLM but when I reinstall they are still there. Any good ideas out there?
Each time I open my Windows Live Mail, I'm being asked to sign in. I delete the screen and everything works fine. But the screen continues to appear. How do I delete this screen? Thanks for your help!

Why does this happened? all my folders in windows live have disappeared, I got them back by Search on the Start but why does this happen? is so much time consuming having to organise them again. How do I retrieve them ?
