As you can see by the title I have had some issues while installing Windows 10. Good news 10 is finally installed and stable, not going back. Bad news Live Mail (using 2011) is screwed up.
There is two users on my pc that use Live Mail, myself and my wife. We use the pc on separate user accounts, we both use Live Mail. We both have somewhat different issues.
First me: My mail is functioning fine. When I reverted back to 7 the 1st time I lost some folders. Which I would love to find and reinstate. Would truly appreciate the knowledge of how to do so.
My wife: upon starting live mail we are getting a warning "restoring live mail data....". Then it opens she receives and sends ok. Although we have experienced some duplication. Not concerned about duplication have a feeling it may be due to my tinkering. The big issue is there is a lot of messages that refuse to be deleted.
I have tried Repair Live Essential several time without luck. I have read several posts on this community. Before I pull the trigger on anything I want to be certain how to navigate through this with multiple users.
Please help. Will be greatly appreciated.

WL Mail won't load. The first screen comes up and says 'loading' but it doesn't. At the same time, Internet Explorer started to malfunction. It loads a totally blank page. Typing in a web address has no effect, and Internet Options are greyed out.
These problems occurred when I downloaded a trial version of Office 2013 from the Microsoft site, and tried to install it. I chose the install option to keep rather than replace my current Office 2007. The install failed, saying I already had some Office 2013 components installed. I have never installed 2013. I checked for residue from the Office 2013 install but found nothing.
Anyway, the install failed and, immediately afterwards, I started having the above problems.
Internet Explorer works for the Guest account. I hadn't made WL Mail available to that account and am reluctant to do that now in case I mess something up.
I have Windows 8.1, Windows Live Mail 2012, Internet Explorer 11.
Are WL Mail and IE connected in some way. I'm wondering if I have one problem or two, and I'd be relieved if someone can give me a solution.
I can read and send my Email (Gmail account) on my Androids and I.Pads, but cannot receive or send any Emails in the last 4 days with my PC (Windows 10, Windows Live Mail).
