I accidently marked a legitament as Delete and Block.  How do I undo my mistake?  I'm using Windows Live Mail version 2009 [because I like that one better]

My Windows Live Mail acts "frozen". It will not allow me to send or receive messages. I've restarted the computer and that didn't help. I get the error message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Centurytel account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.

Possible causes include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Protocol: POP3

Port 995

Secure (SSL): Yes

I don't know what any of the above means as I am not a computer whiz. If there is a way

to fix this problem I will need step-by-step instructions. Thanks in advance.

I have been using Windowslive mail for over 11 years - I have used it through the Hotmail.com website - later  it was transferred to Outlook.com

I didn't have any problem with it until recently - when I started to notice that I was losing emails, and by now ALL my emails are gone. 

Through outlook.com my account shows as if I had no emails before Nov 2015. !!!! 

The POP folder only contains emails from beginning of Nov 2015 - everything else is Gone.

11 years of emails - no, i didn't accidentally delete them, they are not in the deleted folder, or elsewhere. No, I didn't set up any rules, no rules for storing emails have changed over the many years of using this account. 

I have flagged many of my emails through the years, that was a way for me to find them later - now everything is gone. 

any idea where they are ?

Does someone know why there is no way to bulk delete or eliminate trash and spam in the new windows 10 mail. This is so stupid.

After removing Explore 11 (Terrible experience) I installed "Mozilla" That browser works very well, with my total satisfaction,  but when I go to my "window Live e-mail page, I can see that it is receiving normally the incoming mails, but it doesn't allow me to open and read them! Two window messages are opening in sequence:

1. "one or more part of this message could not be displayed".

2. A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred, please try again".

My questions are:

-Why it is not specified what the problem is?

-What can I do to fix once for ever the problem?
