I use hotmail on IPad and we have BigPond on desktop. Just recently I am unable to send emails from IPad but can still receive. I have turned off and on. Also did a reset. Nothing changes...still get an error saying unable to send or message rejected by server etc. What's next??

WLM worked fine for awhile then I could receive mail but couldn't send mail. Now I can't do either. I get this message: 'Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. I'm ready to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I am now using Windows Live Mail for my e-mail. I have many e-mails in storage folders on my PC hard drive Will I be able to access these storage folders after I upgrade?
I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. I tried to do a back-up of the system but kept getting error messages. On line posts recommend a clean Windows 10 install. I use Windows live mail now and I am wondering if that would still be available with a clean install and if not, how do I get it back?

I had chosen a signature, and maybe some other stuff, but the signature seems to have disappeared and I can't find the options button to fix it. Help!

Emails have been disappearing off my account little amounts of emails here and there. Then today I checked and there was a huge chunk that disappeared. It jumps from the few left for September to December. I didn't delete them, I have been active with
my account. I use it every day. I view them on the Windows live mail program on my computer and every now and again I sign in online again. So I am active, I am not deleting them, I have the view settings at Show all. I tried to recover, and that only
brought up 5 emails from November and that's it. The filter system has never been set to delete items after a certain amount of time. We have it on a save all emails setting. We are missing emails from two weeks ago and just a few days ago. I have checked
the spam and delete folders and none of my emails are in either of them. It's like they never existed. I also checked my online account and the same are missing on it as the windows live mail. Any suggestions or help. We need to figure out why this is
happening. We haven't noticed anything suspicious with our emails other than them disappearing.
