Question about Outlook Express

I have upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 on my tower. Windows 7 still operates my laptop. I have 2 e-mail accounts Hotmail and tiscali. On the tower i'm unable to sync the tiscali e-mail account (Hotmail is fine), where as on the laptop both work fine. So in short I'm unable to receive any tiscali e-mails.

Any ideas?

Somehow someone else Hotmail account got synced with windows live mail.  If I take out her account, does it delete it form Hotmail or just my computer?

Today, my Windows Live Mail stopped receiving mail from msn.com account.  No changes were made whatsoever to the application.  Ever since I've migrated to Windows 10 and particularly since I completed the update to Windows Essentials required for continued support for Windows 10, I have had so many problems.

I can send and receive from my gmail, att and Network Solutions accounts but I can only send from my msn.com account.  Not receiving anything.  If I use Windows Mail for Windows 10 I do receive email.  I'd use that software except that the interface is so primitive compared to Windows Live Mail.

I have repaired Windows Essentials.  No help.  Any ideas??

I upgraded to Windows 10 about 3 weeks ago but decided to go back and downgrade to Windows 7.  I've now discovered in Windows Live, that I've lost all my emails which were saved in Folders.  Each time I open Live Mail, a message appears stating that there was a corruption and data is being recovered.  Well it's obviously not being recovered when I don't have any emails saved in my folders.

I've tried reverting to previous version etc but nothing working.

Can anyone help please?

Noticed today that e_mails to my Hotmail account are not being downloaded when I click "Send/Receive" in Windows Live e_mail client.

They are there in Outlook.com and can be opened as normal.

I have not changed anything in Windows Live so I can inly assume there is a problem at the Microsoft end.

Any ideas ?

I am using Windows live mail right now and want to use my professional email through Outlook 2013. How does it possible the copy my email from windows live mail and paste in the Outlook 2013. Before using Windows Live, I was using Outlook Express. 

Could you please help me somebody?

How can I access the editing tools of format, Bold, etc when writing an email or email reply.  They are not available, only the font and size are.
