Question about Outlook Express

I no longer have my tool bar for "Photo email"."Items", "Junk","Delete"........."Send/Receive", etc. including Icons for each.

This used to appear when I opened my Win Live Mail window.

 I have Windows 7.

Since last Thursday I have been having problems receiving and sending messages through my Windows live mail 2012. I keep getting the following error :message.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Mini*******.co (*****) account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. The IMAP server has issued an unrecognised greeting.

I have contacted my email provider who have confirmed everything is fine with them. I am running on windows 8.1. It was working briefly this morning and and on and off throughout the day. I haven't changed my settings and I have been using the windows live for over 12 months. I tried uninstalling and installing and also repairing in the programs section but nothing :(

I am able to receive emails, but no longer can send emails.  The following error comes up:

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was '(omitted for this post)'.

All email activity (sending and receiving) has stopped working on my default email account.

I can remove the account and re-add it and it will re-sync but still will not send or receive.

I am using Windows 7 and have applied the "patch" sent by the Outlook team.

My email through Windows Live Mail is not connecting to the server, Saying "Authentication Failed" and is giving me the error code: 0x800CCC0F. How do I fix this? Email was working fine until this morning.

i can't get mail from e-mail server since i've installed windows 10 and  an upgrade has done.

What is the Reason for this Error? Following is the complete message

I have been running Windows Live email 2012 on two machines, one at work and another at home, so i can view my mail at work and then when I get home i use the same program to log on to my account and work on any finished emails but now it no longer syncs to show the same list of email as it did at work. for years I have used this method with no issues till recently. i fell for Microsoft recent patch and had to reinstall the program as it froze up. if i log on using a browser it shows all the emails are there.

Any idea what's going on? and how to fix the problem so that both machines show the same emails, folders etc.
