This started after I installed Internet Explorer 11.
I am running Windows 7.

A new version of Outlook (Preview) has installed itself on my computer. But the computer also still has Windows Live Mail 2012 and there seems to be overlap/duplication in that all messages seem to go to that as well.
I hardly ever use Windows Live Mail 2012. But when I am trying to send an MSN story with picture to someone via e-mail, the sending window pops up in Windows Live Mail 2012. I complete the e-mail to be sent as I normally would, and click Send. However, none of the e-mails I have tried to send this way are being sent, and I get an error window saying unable to send these messages due to Windows Live Mail 2012 Error number 0x5DE0005. I have no idea what this means or where I can look it up.
I have tried to Export the unsent messages but so far that is not working either, because I am told messages have to be exported to an empty folder. What help is that?
Can anyone help out here?

Live Mail wont'work. Running 8.1, spent 3 hours yesterday with Time Warner who sent me to Microsoft. After talking with their sales team, acctg, billing, I finally got to tech support. They claim Microsoft no longer supports Live MAil.
Help, this computer is only months old.

Just came back to my laptop to find my WLM going through a cancelling process. Now I didn't start this and infact have never seen this happening before on my laptop but I think my cat Ruby might be involved as she has a tendency to sit on my keyboard which
is nice and warm. Anyway I tried to click out of the cancelling process with no response then went to task manager and stopped WLM completely. I then went back into WLM and now find I have lost all my inbox email dating back to the 8/11/2015. What can I do
to get them back? I've stopped keeping a copy on the mail server only recently so they are not there anymore. Would a system restore restore them? Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
