My outlook suddenly started showing ‘working offline’ while its working properly on my phone and web browser. what shoudl I do?

Hello there,

I am so sorry to give you a trouble,

I have send some emails in may last year (2012) on the domain ladbrokes.co.uk from my email iID *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. It was deleted accidently by mistake from the sent items folder. is there any chance i can recover it from anywhere, unfortunately i have emptyed my deleted folder as well so i cant recover it from there.

problems deleting mail

when I delete an email, the email next to it is deleted.  I do not click on the other email but it deletes along with the one I opted to delete.  This just started recently. I have tried to find a solution but don't see anything on line.  I went through the "repair software" option in the install/uninstall programs section of maintenance.  I am using windows live essentials 2012 and windows 7 on a Dell laptop  with a Logitech mouse connected.

Cannot sign in to WLM, Have reset password for 2 days, no luck. I have no trouble with Hotmail or SkyDrive.

Original title: Can't SEND Live Mail msgs.

 

Live Mail Msgs that I "send" go to OUTBOX and sit there; then I get an error msg: "Windows Live Mail error ID 0x800CCC0E", etc.. Was not a problem up to a few months ago. I have uninstalled and re-installed Live Mail twice , and there is indication that I now have the 2012 version, but still no success.
