I have started a new thread because repeated requests for help from a support engineer in the previous thread have been ignored despite being asked to respond if I had further related queries.

after getting Windows 10, windowslivemail does not recognize my microsoft account.  I can 

log in to my account, but cannot sign in from windowslive mail.

I just downloaded windows live because I need an email client set up. But this is an error message I am getting. And it continues to say that its synchronizing

Since mid-January I have received the following message when I try to access my emails.  Can anybody help please?
