My Windows Live Mail is not working.  Each time I try to access my email, I get error message Ox800CCC90.  The entire message reads:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Comcast account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

I've entered my password multiple times and nothing changes.  Help!

I am running Windows 7 Professional.

When I try to open live mail, I get an error message ox80041161.

How do I fix this?

I have an Acer lap top and have not been able to set up an e-mail function to send and receive e-mails

I need to recover email addresses and previously set up email storage folders in Live Mail. A  month ago I upgraded from win 7 to 10 with no problems, in particular Live Mail worked fine. A few days ago windows consistently crashed after reaching the desk top, the offered solutions such as restore also failed and I had to re-install win 10. I had to do this a couple of times until I found the trouble which seemed to be an outdated version of my antivirus.  Before upgrading to win 10 I did a file backup with the windows tool onto an external hard drive.

With the re-installation of win 10 I have lost my email addresses and the folders I had set up containing saved emails. Can you suggest how to  get them back?  Would they have been included in the win7 backup ? If so I  do not know what the files would be called and where to find them. Thanks, David

It bugs me that my personal email is now stored online. That aside, I keep getting this message every time I log in to Outlook. This message is from Microsoft.

"Something happened on our end. Please refresh your browser or close it and sign in again."

Anybody else with this issue? Does Microsoft have any plans to address it in the near future?

Original Title: windows live mail

I am going crazy on our computer since my husband added windows 10 with windows live mail.  I have like 3 email accounts listed which I would like to all erase and start over.  I keep getting error 0x800ccc0e.  I would like to totally remove windows live mail and start right from the beginning.  Please help with the easiest way to do this? When we look for uninstall program we don't see windows live mail but part of it is somewhere in our computer and giving us this error and problems receiving and sending?

Original Title: Windows 10 and Windows Live Mail

I keep losing my Contact Categories in Windows Live Mail, now that I have upgraded to Windows 10. I communicate daily with several of my categories and now they are gone. Did Windows 10 do an update, and delete my Contact Categories?? this has happened to me twice, once last week and again this week.

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***'.

Hi

My calendar broke down with multiple problems nearly three weeks ago. The problem is detailed here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/livemail-calendar/multiple-problems-with-calendar-in-windows-live/58031a07-9b6c-4f75-8e5e-7711244d0dcc?tm=1453215340607&auth=1

I have started a new thread because repeated requests for help from a support engineer in the previous thread have been ignored despite being asked to respond if I had further related queries.

thanks ...
