I normally receive around 20-30 emails per day, but I haven't received any since last night. I even sent a 'test' email to myself (from my Hotmail and a separate Yahoo account) but that didn't arrive either. I'm expecting some important emails and can't
work out why this is happening.
I have tried sending an email to another account and that arrived fine, but haven't recieved anything.

Hi, Since yesterday I have been able to sign into my windows live account but have not been able to access my email. I get the following message every time.
Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.pROB
I have tried the following but nothing has helped:
- clearing cache etc
- different browsers
- different devices including mobile
- different OS's
Any ideas what the issue is?

I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I've been using Hotmail through my iPad mail app for a year now, and it all works and syncs perfectly apart from the fact that my Sent folder does not show up in my folder list. I've always put up with it, but
am now hoping that I can fix this as it is frustrating not being able to view the emails I've sent. My sent items do sync with Outlook.com so I can sign in to that via the web and see my sent mail, but it is frustrating to have to do that. All my other folders
and subfolders are present, just not my Sent folderl.
I also have another email account synced to my iPad mail, and the sent folder works perfectly with that one.
Can anyone advise?

I went to log into my email yesterday and all of my emails were gone and there was one welcome to outlook email, I have tried looking on my skydrive and can not find any of my work emails I do not even know where to start to find them
When I began to use Outlook.com, I was asked if I wanted an I box for this address, and I say No. Now that I am trying to do that I don´t know hoy and I don´t know where to find instructions to do it.

I have installed the skydrive application to my laptop which I then try to access through the icon on my taskbar.
The process seems to going fine as this window is displayed.
Then once I press the (get started) button, this window is displayed next.
The thing is my internet connection is running perfectly fine, which
leaves me trying to solve this problem very frustrating. Please I'd

Hi - i see many people have already posted on this, but i have also lost over a decades worth of emails through the move from Hotmail to outlook. I don't use my hotmail account all that much (except to receive facebook updates), but did try and
log in every few months or so, so they shouldn't have been deleted through inactivity. Is a moderator able to contact me to see whether these emails could be retrieved? Lots of priceless memories in there i'd be devastated to lose so all help appreciated.
I've already tried to restore deleted emails.
