Emails delayed reaching Outlook.com

Hello ....

I use a Hotmail account and when I send it an email it is received by Outlook.com almost instantly. Excellent.

However I have a client who also has a Hotmail account and emails sent to him from the same source can be delayed somewhere for up to 30 minutes or more before being received. This is not bulk email but single ones. Consequently he gets em,ails sent to him in little clusters throughout the day and not as received.

Can you help get this sorted please?

Why is Conversation View greyed out in Outlook.com Android App?

I installed the Outlook.com app (version 7.8.2.12, build date 10 Oct 2013) on my Galaxy S3 and it is working well with the exception of conversation view.  When I go to Settings -> General Settings the option for Conversation View is unchecked and grayed out.  Does anybody have any insight as to why this may be and/or how to solve it?

Frequently my Outlook email locks up

after viewing an email and I have to sign off and go back in to open a email.  It does the same with my documents when I have downloaded a file.  I do not like the way Outlook performs.

 

Does anyone else experience these problems?

I do not receive e-mails from anyone who is not on my contact list.  For instance, if I ordered something from LLBean and they wanted to send a confirmation to me, unless I had the exact e-mail address they were sending from in my contact list, I would not receive it.  It doesn't go into may spam or junk mail either...I want junk mail that I can filter and go through and deete when I want.....

I have an idea who got into my email , I have the source info and I.P. Need someone to help me find out who this is so I can get the police involved an press charges. There has got to be a way to trace where this came from or where she logged into account from etc. This person composed emails from my email , along with forwarded messages. I have it all in my email ..banking etc , paypal ..an personal info.

I  was interrupted (Again) during the middle of composing and email, and a warning from MS tells me someone "may be trying to log in to my account."

Of course, I had to jump through the hurdles to reset password, but I just reset my password (on my own) a couple of days ago. I would like to know who do I contact or how can I get some sort of proof that justifies MS suspicions that make me redo password.

Also, lately, Outlookcom is constantly interfering with my email compositions telling me to "restart my browser" because of upgrades. Have upgrades been coming out like every day or so lately?

Import old emails from one outlook.com account to another. Possible?

I have two email addresses. 

vzbeautyconcept[at]outlook.com (old) and info[at]vzbeauty.com (new). Both addresses are hosted by outlook.com.

I was wondering if there was a way to import the emails that are on the old address into the new one. I have managed to setup forward email forwarding from the old to the new and im also able to send email as the old from the new but i would like to have access to the older emails. I have done this before with gmail but cant seem to find the option to import in outlook.com.

after changing my microsoft account password i cant delete or upload to skydrive

When logging into the SkyDrive web app I cant upload, delete or rename without an error telling me "Something went wrong" and now my Skydrive Desktop Applicaiton on the PC wont sync files.  I have tried using a different account and that works, so it is linked to just one account.
