Any plan to lift 2GB file size limit? Is the task in the team's short list?

My SkyDrive Pro is crashing.

I am running 8.1 with skydrive pro. I have reinstalled the software a couple of times and even done a system reset so I know it is not corrupted.

 

When I click SkyDrive Pro on either my Windows 8 dash or the sync now button on the Office website, it asks me which library I would like to sync and a blank box. Nothing seems to work in there. Skydrive says it is contacting the server and then crashes and a message comes up saying the program has stopped working.

 

Also, the SkyDrive Pro options in windows explorer are greyed out and inaccessible.

 

What do I need to put in that box?

 

Why is SkyDrive crashing?

 

Why do you guys at Microsoft not have adequate support for a product I am paying for?

Outllook has closed my email account- how do I get it reopened?

The email account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was closed by MS because there may have been a volition. Every time I write about this, I get an answer like the one below, which I cannot access when signed in with *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (the closed accoutn) or my own (I am the administrator) ) *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I am told that i don't have authority to access the answer!
Here is what i get sent each time, which i can't get into:

Outlook Hotmail

        Hi Everyone,


I was typing a draft email in Hotmail or I guess Outlook. One I had been working on for hours and hours.
As I was typing my hands hit some key(I'm not sure which one) but suddenly everything I had typed for hours was erased.  I was just left with a few letters, the email wasn't deleted, just the content of the email.
Now the auto save was continuously on and was saving every few minutes or so, And my question is How Can I Please Get A Previously Saved Copy of the email I was writing?
Please tell me there is a way.......

I find it difficult to manage contact groups in Outlook

In Contacts, if a group is set up, it is currently not possible to see which group(s) a contact belongs to just by clicking on the contact name.  This would be useful in trying to know which contacts to add to a group (i.e. are missing from a group).

 

It is very cumbersome at the moment trying to determine which contacts do not belong to a group.

 

Is it possible to show the group(s) a contact belongs to when a contact is selected?  Perhaps also listing all contacts which are not assigned to a group (i.e. unassigned)?

My email is lost

I  received a phone message saying that i have changed my email alias to some random email name. I logged in to my email( with that random name) and i went to change the alias back to my own email. But the problem is.. The email name doesn't exist anymore. I had to add another alias which is useless because i have many games/ other stuffs that sends directly to my email..Now that it doesn't exist anymore i cant do anything. And my email is always online. I login my email everyday.

  • The username and password were spelled correctly
  • I tried all  browsers
  • Was fine till this morning i cant login any of my game accounts and other stuffs
  • Received a phone message saying that my alias has been change(Which i didn't do so)..

Same emails repeatedly sending

Hi there

Around 8 emails are consistently sending repeatedly and fills up my send folder. I have changed the password, and still the issue remains.
I have also logged onto other computers, and emptied the sent folder, but the emails continue to send.
The issue seems to be with my Hotmail account and I find it strange that the account could be hacked so quickly after changing the password.

What should I do?

Skydrive/outlook/live account closed accidentally

Please help,

I had an account with another username and it has been closed accidentally, that was just an hour ago. I was about to close different account but unknowingly I have closed the one which I doesn't want it to close. 

I would really appreciate if it can be recovered. I must get the account back as it contains important files.
