Contacts list has disappeared from my Hotmail account.  I don't see this addressed anywhere in "help".

Hi,

I coordinate an Adopt a Child for Christmas event.  Here's the problem we are looking to fix.   We send out the list of children as a Word document by email.  Can we use Skydrive to coordinate the sponsors; as in, once the list goes out can they put their name next to the child they select so that the next person who opens the Skydrive file will see which children have already been chosen and which are still available?  What I'm thinking is that as people select the children the next person who opens the document (usually the second time they open it, not when they first receive the invite) they can see who selected the other children and we don't have the problem of receiving email responses from five people wanted to adopt the same child.

Hope you can help me,

Michele

ive had my hotmail account for years and now when i tried to log in on my computer it changed to outlook. and all my emails are gone, i already tried recovering old messages

when I tried signing in with my email name it wouldn't except it. I use another email name for yahoo and its being used here, so I'm able to view any of my original emails. I do I go about fixing this problem?

Sometimes I receive duplicate messages in my inbox for one of two accounts.  Any suggested repair?
how do I delete a Childs account on live.com.
I found out that my Skydrive account remained logged on in several public computers.
There is a possibility that other people might have accessed the files I don't want to share.
Is there any way that I can check the access history of my account?
(like, when, and which IP accessed the account.)
I am having trouble recalling an email address as I quickly made it to sign up a secondary PSN account. I fear it may have been closed due to inactivity, but this will not be a problem anyway as all I need is the name.

Is it possible that I could somehow get a list of addresses that are associated to a alternate email address? So, mine being *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, would obviously link to other accounts that use it as its alternate address? I can verify I own the account.

I am pretty certain the one I've forgotten is along the lines of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but I just cannot seem to use it to access PSN, as all PSN accounts are linked to a email account, so all I need is the name to login.

Is that possible? Thanks!
Hi,

I recently did a trial with Office 365 that was included with my technet account and I used my usual Microsoft account not realising it would block my outlook.com access (who would have known!!).

I've made sure there is no longer any active users for the domain in question (let's call it myowndomain.com for example) but if I try and remove the domain, I get the error:

We can't remove the myowndomain.com domain because of one or more of the following issues:

  • There are user accounts associated with this domain.
  • There are email or Microsoft Lync accounts using this domain.
Anyway, the current situation is that I can still access the Microsoft account from devices (Windows Phone, iPad) but I can't login to outlook.com; I get the error in the title. Somewhere in the depths of Microsoft's systems there is a record of my Microsoft account being used for Office 365 so I'm hoping someone in Microsoft can remove this link from Office 365 so I can use it again with outlook.com. I'm not too concerned about being able to remove the domain from Office 365 but I need to be able to use outlook.com as this is how I usually do email.

I've tried using different browsers, clearing the cache, cookies, etc... no different. Any ideas Microsoft?

Cheers!
