I want to talk to someone about the charge for my outlook account. I am considering canceling the account since I am subject to advertising and still pay a fee.
When I create a csv. file to export contacts from outlook, only the names will import into my contacts list in outlook. com. What am I doing wrong. I have no trouble creating the csv. file from outlook, but when I tell outlook.com to import the file, only
the names show up; no email addresses or phone numbers.
Is there anyone know how to prove the receiver has received my email?
Any tracebility?

In configuring my domain as a Custom Domain using domains.live.com, I have added and removed several email addresses for my domain while becoming familiar with the interface and the environment.
After completing testing, I attempted to reset these mailboxes by deleting these and then recreating. However, I now receive an error when trying to create these mailboxes:
The requested account name is already in use or was used in the past and has not been through the required waiting period to re-use.
I have been waiting patiently to see if this resolves itself and I have been waiting for six months and this continues to be an issue.
Is there some form of support request that I can raise to have my domain reset?

When I try to save my movie project to save, it will not save.
I did not realize that I created two different log-in names and passwords. When I opened skydrive on my pc, I used one set, and without realizing it, I had created a different log in and password on my new Surface tablet.
I would like to correct this problem, but don't know what to do.
I thought it would be easier to delete Skydrive on my tablet - but I don't know how do that. I have more info on my PC and would prefer keeping that log in info.
Can you help me? My PC is Windows 7, but the Surface is 8.1
I can only see 7 days worth of emails in my inbox when I log into outlook.com.
I have set up this account on my iPhone and have the same issue.
I have set up this account on MacMail and can see them all. So if I'm not at home on my macbook, I'm can't view older emails.
I've looked through all the settings and can't find a fix. Please post step by step instructions. Thanks.
