Question about Outlook Express

Hi

I cannot gain access to my emails although i can sign into my hotmail account. Ive  opened a new hotmail account which works fine  but I really need to get to my emails. Can you please help. I just sign in  and then get this message ;-
Sorry, there seems to be a problem with outlook at the moment
This has been going on all morning and I need emails for my work.

I have entered my contacts with 2 email addresses for each contact.  I then created a group and I want to email both email addresses for each contact in my contact group.  But it will only let me email one email address.  How do I change this?

Hi, lost access to Outlook an hour ago, message tells me the Outlook server is down-is this correct and if so then how long?

I used my Hotmail account to send a short video attachment to three contacts 36 hours ago and they are still receiving additional copies with no action from me.  How can I stop this and prevent it in the future?
