I have to keep hitting the refresh button to get outlook to operate.

at the end of the month my primary alias will no longer be active by the current provider. i have created a secondary alias. will this maintain my existing account information? will my folders and inbox remain?
Since Oct 26th I have not gotten any emails on my laptop or phone.
Not sure what happened and hoping I can get it fixed quickly.

My phone automatically deletes mail after 3 days but I can usually sign in on my laptop to get them....now when I try I get an error message I even tried deleting the account from my phone still can't get into it
