Question about Outlook Express

I am unable to send out email since I recently change from phone to a iPhone 5s. I have deleted and create

the account but it’s the same problem. I never have this problem when using Samsung Galaxy S4 nor iPhone 4s.

a.       I have tried creating my acct in my friend’s iPhone 5. I have the same error. Her hotmail account is working fine in the same phone

b.      We created her account in my phone and her account works

c.       I have accessed my account via a PC and phone browser, it works fine

I have called Apple and my service provider and was told to refer this matter to Hotmail. I am attached the error msg in this email.

I thought my Sky Drive was synced to my Outlook (msn) email ... so why do my laptop and desktop files have different files in them.  I wanted to be able to open them on either computer?

I purchased additional gigs, but think it is only for one computer...?????
