Sky Drive Downloading Progress – appears to have frozen with no change in progress yet individual files annoted as ‘completed’

I have been synchronising files to/from Sky Drive with two laptops. One is new and had 36,000 files to download. I have tracked the progress which appears to have frozen with 271 files still to download. However each of the files concerned is annoted as 'completed'. On the other laptop I have the same issue with both 4 files to upload and 87 to download - progress has frozen and yet they are annoted as 'completed'. What does this mean? Is something going on in the background that I am not aware of - ie is Sky Drive still synchronising?


Also can you advise the meaning of the icons in the bottom right of the (blue) folders on Sky Drive. Specifically what does the clock icon mean? I assume that the icon with the cloud and PC means fully synchronised and the arrows mean synchronisation in progress???

I am unable to attach a document from my files to email it.

The minute I click on it to attach Outlook shuts off.

Using Skydrive Account with Windows 8.1

I've recently upgraded to Windows 8.1. My desktop app no longer works. The Skydrive app requires that I sign in with my Microsoft account on the computer, however I use a local account to sign in. Is there a way to sign into Skydrive separately? I use it often and prefer to have access to it outside of the web browser. If this is no longer an option with 8.1, how do I revert to 8? So far not impressed, new install has only created issues and I am having to spend too much time getting things back to the way that I had them before...Any help is appreciated. Thx.

Can’t see emails past the first page of my inbox

Since the move to outlook, I can only see the emails in the first page of my inbox. If I want to see any emails that are on page 2 onwards of my inbox I need to search for them (so the emails are not lost but I cannot easily see them). How can I restore them? Thanks!

right after I sign in to outlook.com and it displays the contents of my inbox a message like the following appears at the bottom of my window.


"Access and edit files whenever, with SkyDrive integration in your Outlook.com inbox    [Learn More]   [Close]"

I have been unable to prevent Outlook.com from displaying these messages. How do i stop them ?

Hi!

I configured an outlook.com account on my iPhone (iOS7) and just learned, that are only the following assets available for sync:
Mails, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders.

Is it true, that I cannot sync my Outlook notes with my iPhone anymore (via EAS)?
Why would that feature have been disabled with outlook.com?

I am getting the error "delivery status notification (failure) on outdoing emails to a Yahoo.com account. I have tried through Outook 2010 (which is hooked to my Outlook.com account), and directly through Outlook.com. There is no problem emailing the same Yahoo.com address through my gmail account. However, I would rather use the outlook.com account. How can I solve this problem?

Cant access my main email! help!

I have 3 hotmail/outlook accounts, two of them work perfect. but my main one does not work at all! ive tried to log in from different browsers and on different computers. i even tried on tablets and my phone and xbox and still cannot access it. Each time i try to sign in after entering my info it just refreshes and doesn't let me login . i even tried to reset my password and this message appears each time "There's a temporary problem
There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." this problem has been happening since yesterday. I also called customer service and they said they have never seen this issue and referred me to ask for help here.

ANYONE HAVE ANY SOLUTIONS?
