I have an Office 365 account for work email and a Windows laptop for work with Outlook 2013.  I recently started using my Mac with Outlook 2011 instead and most functionality seems to be working except I switched back to Windows for a few days and I'm noticing that none of my categorization of email messages that I did on Outlook for Mac 2011 is synced with webmail or Windows Outlook 2013.  Is this a known non-functionality?
