I have filed to try to get access to my account after entering the incorrect password too many times. As you know, people have a million passwords these days and in trying the different variations, I was denied access. I have completed the form to try
to get it back by giving info like recent contacts, etc. unfortunately the alternate email was set to a work email for a company I no longer work for. The form said I would hear in 24 hours... It has now been three days. As a longtime hotmail user (approx
12 years) I am beyond frustrated. If this isn't solved ASAP, I'll be switching to google gmail and not looking back.
Would like an update where my application stands to gain access. I can provide quite a bit of personal information but there doesn't seem to be any options for solving by speaking to a human being. This is embarrassing for a company that is supposed to
be a leader in technology.
