I use windows 7 and WLM.  Until 2 days ago, I could send and receive email and view my contact list without signing in with Windows Live ID. I cannot view or use my contact list witout signing in. I can still send and receive email without signing in.  I just cannot use or view my contact list without signing in.  I frequently work off line with the contact list.  How do I change this back to the way it was?
