I have two-step verification enabled for my hotmail account, but recently my phone was shut off and there was no way for me to receive the code.  Once my phone was turned on, I no longer had the application used and I can't remember what it was.  When trying to log onto my hotmail account I am presented with 3 means of authentication:  Text, call, or use authenticator app.  The text or call option are not available to me as they are grayed out.  The only method I can use to gain access to my account is the app - which I no longer have.  What can I do?
