I am trying to upload a video into Movie Maker.  It is in mP4 format and playing in Vimeo and also with quick time player, but does not open with windows media player.  When I go to upload it into movie maker it says "error" and says that the only way to fix the problem is to delete it from the project.  I think the video was taken on someones android phone.

Please help quickly. Thank you!!
